Fear Of Flying (CHAPTER 3)

A WOODARA (WOOYOUNG+DARA) FANFIC

Dara’s POV

I shot Wooyoung a look and there we stood still, figuring out what to do next. “Can we take a picture with both of you?” the girl asked.

I forced a smile at them “Ah….would you like me to take a picture of the three of you instead? so both of you are in it at the same time, right?” I asked.

“Oh can you? Please?” She handed me her camera. “Thank you!” She said as they went beside Wooyoung.

I held the camera up “Okay, one two…” I looked at the small screen on the camera. The look on Wooyoung’s face says that he’s happy to be with his fans and that’s great. The tension I saw in his face when I walked in, simply faded away “….Three” and I clicked the camera.

“Thank You Wooyoung oppa” finally the long haired girl spoke. Deep inside my thoughts I knew that they were only after Wooyoung. I saw the other girl walk towards me “Thank You Dara unnie” she said as I handed her camera back.

“No problem” I smiled back. I caught the long haired girl hug Wooyoung and for a moment there I felt a hint of jealousy. My smile faded. It’s a ‘fan’ hug Dara, there’s nothing wrong with that I thought to myself. I saw Wooyoung looking at me “I guess we have to go now” he said to the two girls who were smiling widely because of happiness and he flashed them one last smile “Thank you guys”.

Wooyoung walked towards me. My heart skipped a beat when he suddenly grabbed my hand gently like no one was watching and pulled me beside him as we walked to the door. I heard the two girls gasp behind us. I glanced back at them and saw their faces like they’ve seen a ghost. I smiled back at them and said “It was nice meeting you guys”. The next thing I knew, Me and Wooyoung walked out of the store, hands still intertwined.

We went to 2PM’s dorm. On the way there Me and Wooyoung didn’t quite speak of anything that happened.

I watched Wooyoung as he knocked on the door. “Who dares enter my lair?” a voice on the other side said, aware that we were being looked at on the tiny peek-hole on the door.

Wooyoung smirked and said “It’s me you dumb-ass” he waved at the peek hole “and I have someone here with me” he stepped away to the side to give way to me. A few seconds later I heard locks snapping to an open. The door opened “Hi I’m Taecyeon and welcome to my crib, come on in MTV and I’ll show you around” he joked.

I laughed “Nice try Taecyeon” and he held up his hand for a high five and we high fived like we were football players. “Too bad, I’ve always wanted to show my crib to MTV” he chukled.

“Well we’re not MTV so are you going to let us in?” Wooyoung said. He seemed annoyed. Taecyeon moved aside to let us in.

One thing I noticed about their dorm. It’s Messy. There are shoes thrown around the house, books and CDs lay on the floor. I saw Junho and Junsu seated on the couch watching television they turned their attention to me when we walked in “Omo~ Dara! Hey there!” Junsu said. “Annyeong Dara noona” Junho waved.

I smiled to both of them “Hi guys!” approached them and high fived them both.

“Where’s Chansung and Nichkhun?” I heard Wooyoung ask. I’ve nearly forgotten about him.

Taecyeon closed the door behind him “Chansung is in his room sleeping, hang over I guess and Nichkhun….” he paused as he walked toward us “….he said he’ll be going out to fix some things” Taecyeon said as if something was wrong.

Wooyoung sighed and looked up to Taecyeon again “Is it Yoona?” Wooyoung asked.

Taecyeon smirked “How would I know? But he looked pissed when he went out. We couldn’t even talk to him”

“Poor guy” Wooyoung said in a sorry voice.

I didn’t know what was going on except the fact that Nichkhun and Yoona are dating. I remembered Yoona breaking up with Donghae and they dated only for 2 weeks. I wondered if they got into fights or Nichkhun couldn’t keep up with Yoona anymore. What if Me and Wooyoung got into a fight too? but we often fight though it’s not that serious. We fight over little things. I seem to forgive Wooyoung quickly. “Anyway why did you bring Dara here? It’s been ages since we’ve had a girl inside our dorm” I heard Teacyeon say and it brought me back to reality.

“You might give her the wrong idea. I only brought her here because I wanted her to see our dorm” Wooyoung said.

“and It’s too early for me to go home anyway” I butted in.

“Cmon I’ll show you to my room” he said and I followed him.

Wooyoung’s room wasn’t quite messy at all. He has this big book shelf with books organized alphabetically. A chair lays beside the window and on the other side there was a Keyboard. There were band posters in his room and his bed was in a plain white sheet tucked properly. “Wow, how long did it take you to get your room ready for my critiques?” I asked.

He laughed and closed the door “Who said I cleaned this up for you? My room is always like this. I’m not like the other guys”

I sat in his bed and was still looking around his room observing every piece of it “Well I can say you have a nice room”

He sat beside me and out of the blue he asked “Did you get jealous when the girl hugged me?”

I looked into him, confused and said “What? Why are you asking me this?….” I sighed “Well, It would be a lie if I said I didn’t”

He looked into my eyes “I knew it” and laughed a bit “I saw the look in your eyes. Well, she asked if she can hug me and I said yes. Nothing to worry about she’s just a fan” his face was now so close to mine I could feel his breath.

I looked down at my hands they were getting kinda sweaty. “When we walked out of the shop. Did you really wanted them to see that?” I asked.

“See what?….” then his eyes widened as he remembered “Oh, yes. Don’t worry, even if they tell it to people they’ll have no proof” he said and sighed “It’s just….Don’t you think we should let Mr. YG know about our relationship? We can’t hide from everything, someday they’ll manage to find out” He held my hands tightly.

“Wooyoung, as much as I want to. I don’t think now is the right~” The next thing I knew is that his lips were against mine.
