Fear Of Flying (CHAPTER 1)

Dara’s POV

“Good job guys!” Junsu said as we went down from the stage after our performance. The other 2PM members bowed as we passed by, me and my girls bowed back at them, and then there he was…flashing his beautiful smile at me, The guy that made my life worthliving….Jang Wooyoung.

I smiled back at him then quickly but carefully he grabbed my hand with a tight grip as if he wouldn’t want to let go. “Meet you later” He whispered closely that I could feel his warm breath through my ear.

I just giggled a bit as I slowly yanked off my hand, so no one can see.

We got back to our own dressing room and watched 2PM perform on TV. I really didn’t care much about how they sang or dance. My eyes were locked to only Wooyoung. the 4 of us were the only ones left in the room as we were watching them. So CL started with the gossips.

“Hey guys, do you know that Yoona and Nichkhun are already dating?” CL enthusiastically said.

“I thought Yoona was dating someone from Super Junior?” Minzy asked switching off her eyes to CL. “Donghae? I was talking to Yuri a while ago, she said already broke up with him” Bom said, joining the conversation.

I totally hear their conversation, but even for one second I couldn’t take my eyes off of Mandu cheeks.

“Ya! Dara-unnie, Do you think you would do what Yoona did too?” CL asked.

“What do you mean?” I said, still not taking my eyes off of the TV.

“Would you break up with him for someone much more better?”

I was bewildered by her question, I finally took my eyes off of the TV and turned back and said “Heck No”

“ssshhhh, someone might hear you guys” Bom warned me “But….you guys have to be careful though, you know how sneaky the media is, they watch your every move” she added.

CL stood up and hugged me “Dara-unnie, just don’t forget that we support you guys” CL said. I saw Minji running to hug us too “And we’re not against your relationship” Minji added. Finally, Bom came in to hug too “Just a quick advice, tell it to Mr. YG as soon as possible, Good luck Girl.”

This is what the celebrity world really is. We Celebrities know who’s with who in real life but don’t actually gossip much about it cuz of our busy schedules and if ever the media finds out, we can just simply deny it. We also break the rules. Who sez we have to be single for 3 years? There are a lot of celebrities who break the dating rule, and I am one.

As 2PM’s performance ended we got out of our dressing room to go to where all the food was. some kind of lounge where all performers hang out. CL and Minji were already munching through the food. Bom was talking to the SHINee guys. Bom is very outgoing, she’s very friendly and talks to anyone, that’s why she’s our source for fresh new gossip.

2PM walked into the room. My heart suddenly fluttered with gladness. As soon as he saw me, he walked towards me, always with a smile on his face.

“Did I make you wait?” He asked.

“Don’t you always?” I said jokingly.

He chuckled a bit and suddenly went to CL to ask something “Hey, can I borrow Dara for a sec?” I heard him say.

CL smiled widely and said “Sure thing, just make sure you’ll return her to us”

“Oh I will” He laughed.

He came back to me with his hand rested on my shoulder “C’mon” He said as we walked.

As soon as we walked out of the room and into the hall where no people were in sight his hand slided to my hand and his warm gentle hand held mine.

We stopped for a moment and he rested me against the wall. I closed my eyes as he leaned closer to my face. I could smell his scent getting closer and closer. I was waiting for his lips to touch mine, Then I heard him chuckle. I opened my eyes and he was staring deeply while his arms wrapped around my waist, refusing to allow any space between us.

“Can you promise me something?” He suddenly asked.

“Anything for you” I said.

“Promise me you’ll be by my side…forever”

“Then I’m forever yours Wooyoung….” I said and smiled as I pinched his cheeks.
